Transform Supply Chain Performance

Drive operational excellence and optimize supply chain performance as a Supply Chain Excellence Lead at Ericsson. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to implement best practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and enhance efficiency across the supply chain organization.

We seek a diligent and innovative professional to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize performance across our supply chain organization. As a key player in implementing best practices and fostering a culture of operational excellence, you will focus on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service levels through data-driven insights, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with Leadership teams, functional stakeholders, business owners, sponsors, project/program teams, resource owners, and global Change Lead communities to drive re-use and sharing of best practices.
  • Analyze supply chain efficiency and develop strategies to improve them.
  • Manage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and collaborate across organization borders.
  • Lead cross-organizational transformations, improvements, and change programs at scale.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analyses to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrate a high level of strategical thinking.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and provide training and tools to empower teams in problem-solving.
  • Validate and drive improvement projects, conduct root cause analysis, risk analysis, and spearhead change management.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in a performance improvement or supply chain management role, preferably in the telecom or technology sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Tableau) and process improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional improvement projects.
