Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering fire safety engineering expertise for NAVFAC facilities.
- Conducting comprehensive fire safety assessments, risk evaluations, and hazard analyses.

This role is contingent upon contract award, and multiple positions may be filled from this listing.

Expected Salary Range:
$112,000 - $136,000

Work Environment:
Moderate noise levels typical of an office setting with computers, phones, and printers, along with occasional loud noise from operational environments.

Physical Demands:
Employees are required to sit, stand, communicate, and hear. Frequent use of hands and fingers for computer operation is necessary. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Travel Requirements:
11-20% / Occasional travel may be necessary.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection engineering.
- Proficiency in fire protection engineering principles and practices.
- Familiarity with National Fire Protection Association codes and standards.
- Experience with fire modeling and simulation software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills and client focus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Current, active secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Registered Professional Engineer.
- Experience with design and evaluation of fire protection systems in government or military facilities.
