Job Summary

The Operations Specialist - Seasonal is a key role within H&R Block's Field Operations team. This position is responsible for providing support to our tax offices, ensuring they are well-maintained and equipped to provide excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic building maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and minor electrical work.
  • Deliver supplies and materials to and from tax offices, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Assist with the annual set up and closing of seasonal tax offices, ensuring they meet brand standards.
  • Attend training sessions to develop skills and knowledge required for the role.
  • Confirm office security when leaving the premises.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic reading skills and knowledge of Outlook and other web-based programs.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
