Job Summary

Summit Medical Staffing Nursing is seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Specialist to join their team in Wilson, North Carolina.

About the Role

This 13-week contract position requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work as a Medical Imaging Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate imaging equipment, including CT scanners and X-ray machines
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Provide excellent patient care and communication
