Your Experience with Us Will Include:

  • Leading clients towards sustainable performance enhancements within their organizations.

  • Anticipating organizational changes associated with large-scale implementations and determining necessary change management and communication strategies.
  • Ensuring key change initiatives meet business, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Establishing appropriate metrics to help clients measure progress and reinforce desired behaviors.
  • Coordinating with other initiatives to ensure alignment on timelines and overlapping activities.
  • Developing executive-level presentations.
  • Creating readiness and training content utilizing best practices from customer experience.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client value.
  • Contributing to internal functions such as recruiting and marketing.
  • Driving business development efforts to meet personal sales targets.
  • Engaging in activities that support our company culture.
  • Collaborating with internal and client project teams and contributing to internal communications and readiness activities.
  • Maintaining program sites as repositories for all project-related information.
  • Contributing to the development of high-quality, timely deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience leading substantial project management engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizations.
  • Consulting experience is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience with a Microsoft Account is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project and change management principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to guide others towards a common vision.
  • Proven ability to build trust and value-based relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Solid facilitation experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks.
  • Agile and/or Prosci or other Change Management certifications are preferred.
  • Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • A confident, self-aware team player open to effective feedback.
  • Ability to facilitate project teams with a strong understanding of group dynamics while driving results.
  • Exemplary communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Must be based in the New York City Metro Area and eligible to work in the United States.
