We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a vital part of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care, including comprehensive physical assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, emphasizing compassionate care and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient management strategies, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals in a dynamic practice environment.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and patient management.

Practice Environment:

  • All outpatient care setting.
  • Utilization of advanced EMR systems for efficient patient management.
  • Access to extensive onsite ancillary services.
  • Modern facilities equipped with the latest medical technology.
  • Participate in a call coverage system that is manageable and supportive.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Certification from AANP or NCCPA.
  • Experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
