Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine physician for a full-time employed position. The role offers:
- A flexible schedule tailored to the provider's preferences
- Utilization of EPIC for electronic medical records
- Integration into an established practice with experienced Primary Care Physicians and support staff
- A manageable patient load averaging 18 patients per day
- Opportunities for academic involvement and collaboration
Compensation:
This hospital-employed position offers a competitive first-year base salary, along with a retention bonus and additional compensation based on years of experience. After the first year, the compensation structure transitions to an RVU model. Benefits include relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, and negotiable loan repayment options. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided.
