Opportunity:
We are looking for an Internal Medicine physician to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role offers:
- A flexible work schedule tailored to the provider's preferences
- Utilization of EPIC for electronic medical records
- Integration into a supportive practice with experienced Primary Care Physicians and staff
- A manageable patient load averaging 18 patients per day
- Opportunities for academic involvement
Compensation:
This position is hospital-employed, featuring a competitive first-year base salary along with a retention bonus and additional compensation based on years of experience. After the first year, the compensation structure transitions to RVU. Benefits include relocation assistance, a signing bonus, and negotiable loan repayment options. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided.
