Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the sole Fiscal Coordinator within the department, providing essential support to the Fiscal Manager.
  • Oversee the procurement of goods and services, ensuring efficient cash handling and invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide administrative assistance as needed.
  • Process a high volume of purchase orders and credit card transactions annually, managing over $1 million in revenue through deposits and invoicing.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong motivation and organizational skills, thriving in a dynamic intercollegiate athletic office environment. Key qualifications include:

  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Educational Background:

A minimum of college coursework in Accounting or a related field, along with one year of entry-level accounting experience, is required. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline is preferred.

This position offers a full-time, 12-month, non-exempt staff role with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
