Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and supporting the Front Desk Manager and General Manager. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager and General Manager in ensuring seamless guest experiences
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective Rooms Merchandising
  • Monitor and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Review and maintain accurate records, including the Front Office log and Trace File
  • Collaborate with fellow associates and other departments to ensure excellent guest service and hotel operations
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
