Job Overview

FPI Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our property management staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and condition of our apartment homes, buildings, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to flooring, drywall, and appliances;
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, safety, and security systems;
  • Paint interior and exterior surfaces;
  • Clean and maintain common areas and apartment homes;
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements;
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management;
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification preferred;
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record;
  • Ability to wear a respirator and comply with facial hair policy;
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English;
  • Basic computer skills, including email and internet use;
Salary and Benefits
