Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Housing Support Specialist to join our team at Liberty Military Housing. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing support to our residents and ensuring their housing needs are met.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 6 months+ of residential property management or customer service experience. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and completing assigned duties to ensure operational objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities
  • Lease Management: Manage resident lease process including finalizing leases with the residents and providing information regarding the community and resident services.
  • Complaint Resolution: Responsible for responding to and managing resident complaints and/or service issues and may coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns.
  • Communication: Effective communication and interaction with customers, vendors, management, co-workers; sufficient to exchange or convey information and to give and receive work direction.

  • Competitive Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 hourly plus bonus.
