Job Summary
As a Facilities Manager at the Low Income Housing Institute, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee routine, preventative, and emergency repairs, maintain all mechanical equipment, and coordinate bids on large projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency repairs on properties
• Maintain all mechanical equipment in good serviceable condition
• Coordinate bids on large projects
• Supervise subcontractors as needed
• Prioritize work to minimize vacancy loss, prevent property damage, and provide excellent service to residents

Requirements
• 4 years' experience in building maintenance
• Knowledge of repairs including doors, walls, floors, plumbing, light fixtures, appliances, locks, etc.
• Regular access to a vehicle and general maintenance tools
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Docs/Sheets, and company email at an intermediate level for time sheets and other monthly reports

Preferred Qualification
Washington State Labor and Industries 07-B Residential Electrical Maintenance Certification

What We Offer
A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The selected candidate must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by their start date; except where accommodations are required by law.
