Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized, technically oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills to work directly with customers and sales representatives to resolve critical product issues in our Managed Care group. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of internal air-cooled, reciprocating compressor components and technology.

Responsibilities:

* Work independently with minimal supervision to resolve customer issues
* Interact and coordinate with internal company resources and vendor resources to resolve issues for customers
* Develop strong relationships with customers to provide excellent service
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical training

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field
* Five years of technical customer service experience in aftermarket parts, auto parts desk, etc.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relation skills
* Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience
