Job Description

As a Developmental Disability Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining frequent and regular contact with individuals and families onsite and in the community.
  • Ensuring all notes are entered into the documentation system.
  • Carrying an assigned caseload and assisting other DDPs in providing services to individuals receiving services as appropriate.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in identifying individual needs and developing practical ways to meet them, ensuring continuous and coordinated care, and advocating for and assisting in the development of Natural Supports.
