Developmental Program Coordinator

Little Friends Of Chatham invites applications for the position of Developmental Program Coordinator, reporting directly to the Center Director. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in early childhood education, with a focus on toddler development.
This role requires someone who can provide guidance and support to colleagues in designing and delivering high-quality programs that meet the unique needs of each child. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, families, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for staff on topics such as infant/toddler care, health and safety, and child development
- Conduct observations and assessments to identify areas for improvement in program delivery and quality
- Maintain accurate records of staff training and certifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the center's programs and services
