Position Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead our Surgery department. The compensation range is between $30 - $48 hourly, with additional paid differentials and a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of RVTs and Veterinary Assistants.
- Exhibit strong veterinary clinical skills and serve as a role model.
- Facilitate training and assess staff skill levels.
- Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staffing.
- Oversee payroll and staffing expenses, including timecard approvals.
- Deliver results in staff development, best practices, client satisfaction, and safety.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- 3+ years of clinical experience in the veterinary field.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations for medication dosages and invoices.
- Maintain the California Veterinary Assistant Controlled Substance Permit (VACSP); must obtain within 60 days of hire.
- CA RVT license preferred but not required.
- Veterinary Assistants with leadership aspirations are encouraged to apply.
- Flexible schedule required.
