Lead Customer Service Representative

Circle K Montclair Rd is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and leading by example to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Lead and train new Customer Service Representatives, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform shift supervision, ensuring the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Complete all store merchandise build-to's, ensuring accurate and timely inventory management.
  • Complete grocery orders and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Receive and verify vendor deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of merchandise.
