As an Advanced Acute Care Medical Telemetry Trauma Float RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, organize, and evaluate patient care to meet the needs of patients and families.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to promote adaptive responses and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and diagnostic studies, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and revise plans of care as needed.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
- Actively participate in patient quality and safety education programs and other initiatives to improve departmental and organizational quality and safety.
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Basic Life Support Certification.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
