Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse on our Advanced Acute Care Medical Telemetry Trauma Float team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, organize, and evaluate patient care to meet the needs of patients and families.
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, according to policy and procedure.
- Formulate, coordinate, and provide a plan of care, including patient and family education, family needs, and discharge planning, throughout hospitalization with members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Initiate collaboration with physicians, ancillary personnel, and other interdisciplinary team members to proactively resolve and facilitate patient needs.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making regarding the utilization of evidence-based practice.
Requirements:
- Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)
- Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body (Required)
- Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania (Required)
