As a Business Technology Solutions Consultant, you will be part of the Corporate Affairs Pfizer Digital Client Partner Team, working on projects involving innovative technologies across all Corporate Affairs disciplines.

Our team collaborates with external vendors, including the Corporate Affairs Creation Center, Digital Compliance, Architecture, AIBI, Global Information Security (GIS), and Customer Experience & Design. We work together to understand and document requirements, maintain project plans, support overall project management, conduct QA and testing, monitor go-live activities, and provide metrics as part of the Pfizer Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) process.

As a Business Technology Solutions Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Corporate Affairs Client Partner Team with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Effectively documenting current business processes in collaboration with the Client Partner Team
  • Demonstrating a good understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
  • Gathering and developing business requirements for new systems build and/or process and system improvements leveraging standard Pfizer specifications and templates
  • Collaborating with Digital Creation Center partners to develop test plans, scripts, and actively participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Collaborating and following up with Project Team members to ensure project plans are completed and executed on time
  • Ensuring customer expectations have been met through delivery of business as usual (BAU) services or projects
  • Helping business partners understand available digital resources and approved solutions to achieve business outcomes, drive digital adoption, and achieve digital simplicity
  • Contributing to the completion of complex projects, managing own time to meet agreed targets, and developing plans for work activities on own projects within a team

Pfizer offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions and an additional Pfizer Retirement Savings Contribution, paid vacation, holiday, and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $67,400.00 to $112,000.00, with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary. We also offer relocation assistance based on business needs and/or eligibility.
