Flock Safety is a pioneering technology company that's revolutionizing public safety by empowering communities to eliminate crime. As a Solutions Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission by refining the sales process and removing barriers for our sales team.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in law enforcement or sales. You'll have a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a deep understanding of real-time crime center technology and solutions. Your excellent presentation and demonstration skills will enable you to effectively communicate the value of our products to law enforcement agencies.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about solving complex problems and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment. If you're a strategic thinker with a bias towards action, we want to hear from you.

As a Solutions Consultant at Flock Safety, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to making a meaningful impact on public safety. You'll be responsible for:

  • Defining customer challenges, solutions, demonstrations, and deployment plans
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of customer deployment plans
  • Contributing to meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Becoming a product subject matter expert and developing in-depth knowledge of Flock's products
  • Maintaining proficiency with solutions as they evolve and comparing them to the competitive landscape
  • Attending trade shows and visiting customers in person as a trusted advisor
  • Building strong relationships with Sales Reps within your territory
  • Providing trade show and demonstration support for marketing events
  • Effectively transitioning accounts to Deployment Planning and Project Management
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and other internal stakeholders
