Position Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant to the President/CEO will undertake various executive, administrative, and developmental tasks, including:

  • Managing a dynamic calendar for the President/CEO, including scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the President/CEO and internal departments.
  • Planning and organizing meetings, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Supporting the Board of Directors by coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Managing special projects that contribute to the organization’s success.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,621 - $60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
