About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at The Colwell Law Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective client intake and qualification processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, collecting essential potential new client information and accurately entering it into our CRM system.
  • Pre-screen potential clients to determine if their legal needs align with our practice areas and jurisdictions, explaining our services, pricing, and processes to prospective clients.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations, tracking and managing leads through each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Schedule consultations based on client needs and CRM availability, coordinating follow-ups and ensuring potential clients receive necessary communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client intake roles, preferably within a legal setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with legal services, terminology, or prior experience working in a law firm is a plus.
