Business Development Role

Are you a driven and results-oriented professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a Director of Sales and Development to join our team at GrowTech Industries, LLC.

This key leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic sales plans. You will manage current and potential customer accounts, directly source and close contracts/deals, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and company operational goals.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage current and potential customer accounts, including sourcing and closing contracts/deals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company operational goals.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve annual objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field of work.
  • At least 6 years' experience in a business development position, preferably with a manufacturing/fabrication focused company.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time as needed.
