Position Summary:

As a veteran caregiver with Home Health Care, Inc., you will be providing in-home care to our Veteran clients. This role offers caregivers autonomy, consistency, and the opportunity for fulfilling relationships. Each day, you will typically visit a few clients, providing assistance in their home for 23 hours. Visits are completed between the hours of 7am-7pm throughout the week. CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, and DSPs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

· Personal Care and Companionship:

o Provide one-on-one personal care, companionship, and homemaking services such as meal planning and light housekeeping.

· Care Plan Services:

o Perform services authorized on the Care Plan, such as transferring, bathing, and range of motion (ROM) exercises.

· Build Relationships:

o Establish meaningful connections with clients through consistent caregiving.

Qualifications:

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Current Nursing Assistant Certification / CNA in Minnesota.

· Valid documentation to work in the United States.

· Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.

Military Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes:
