Job Title: Environmental Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:

Fluor is seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our Program Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the environmental compliance database manager to ensure accurate and timely data entry into our proprietary environmental compliance database management system, EMMA.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive assignments from the environmental compliance database manager
  • Coding environmental commitments from environmental and permit approval documents into EMMA
  • Assist with the review of environmental documents
  • Assist with updating EMMA with any permit amendments
  • Assist with document controls in SharePoint and other applications
  • Assist with construction-phase compliance reporting

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
