We Value Passion Over Perfection
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in both center-based and home-based environments (training provided)
- Instruct clients with autism in communication, social skills, and self-help techniques in individual or small group settings
- Collect and analyze data to track the progress of the children we serve
- Provide regular written and verbal updates on treatment objectives
- Follow all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as outlined by the BlueSprig clinical team
- Ensure safety and hygiene practices are maintained both on and off the job, including the use of PPE and effective communication tools
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Role Details:
- Availability: All-day availability Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM
- Compensation: Up to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and progression through our Level Up program
- Employment Type: Full-Time
