What We Value: Passion Over Perfection

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in both center-based and home-based environments (training provided)
  • Instruct clients with autism in communication, social, and self-care skills, either individually or in small groups
  • Collect and analyze data to track the progress of the children we serve
  • Provide regular written and verbal updates on treatment objectives
  • Comply with all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards set by the BlueSprig clinical team
  • Ensure appropriate safety measures and hygiene practices are maintained on and off the job (PPE and communication tools provided)
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.

  • Full availability Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM
  • Compensation:
  • Up to $22.00 per hour, based on experience and progression through our Level Up program
