Job Overview

ImpactOrtho, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting Arthrex products and surgical techniques in the Distal Extremities market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals in the operating room.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in surgical procedures and products, and provide expert representation and education to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop effective responses to customer needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or prior medical device or surgical technician experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Distal Extremities sales with Arthrex or another medical device company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aptitude for highly technical medical information, anatomy, and surgical procedures.
