Job Summary
Chapman Chevrolet LLC is seeking a skilled Automotive Sales Consultant to provide exceptional customer service and sales support. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, converting visitors into customers, and delivering a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and generate sales appointments through various channels
- Log daily sales lead activities and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives
- Educate customers on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology
- Assist with sales and financing paperwork, and deliver sold vehicles
Requirements:
- 1+ year of successful automotive sales experience
- Experience generating sales leads online and over the phone
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry, typing, and internet usage
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and a customer-centric approach
- Bilingual in verbal and written English and Spanish is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Work Environment:
Our dealership is open Monday - Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturdays 8am to 8pm. We offer a 5-day workweek and are closed all Sundays. This is an onsite position, requiring working with customers in person and online.
