Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor to join our team at Meskwaki Bingo Casino & Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage venues, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage preparation.
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and revenue growth.
  • Manage staff schedules, time-off requests, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall guest experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the food and beverage operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, food service, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage management or supervision.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to obtain a gaming license in accordance with Sac & Fox Gaming Commission regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a large-scale food and beverage operation.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and control systems.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish.

Working Conditions:

This position requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and adapt to changing situations. Must wear safety shoes and comply with company dress code.
