Position Summary

We are seeking both entry-level and seasoned Security Professionals to join our ranks.

Compensation: $24.36/hour

Availability

Flexible scheduling is required (schedules will be discussed during training).

Key Information:
  • Open availability is essential (mornings, afternoons, overnight shifts).
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory (MVR check will be conducted).
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening is required.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency is necessary, including:
    • Familiarity with Google applications (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs).
    • Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
    • Online data entry skills.
    • Knowledge of safety software.
    • Understanding of cybersecurity protocols.
    • Familiarity with emergency response systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and managing emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas, adapting to varying work environments and conditions as required by the client.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21+ years for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience is required.
