Job Summary:

Columbia Gorge Toyota is seeking a personable and professional temporary receptionist to join our team. This position involves managing the front desk, greeting customers, and handling incoming calls. It's a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills. Schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Pay is $16-$20/an hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers upon arrival
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
  • Manage appointment scheduling for sales and service departments
  • Handle general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, mail distribution)
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front-desk role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems)
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
