Lead Quality Inspector - Fabrication and Inspection

Dupill Group is seeking a highly experienced Lead Quality Inspector to join our team in Butler, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Quality Control team in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will oversee daily quality activities, supervise and provide leadership to our Quality Control Inspectors, and maintain facility and corporate metrics and objectives. You will also be responsible for completing incoming, in-process, and final inspections, documenting and segregating non-conforming material and workmanship, and recording Non-Conformances, Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions into our Quality Database.

To succeed in this role, you must have 5 years of welding experience, or equivalent training in fabrication of steel products, and 5 years of QC Inspector experience (or equivalent). AWS Certified Weld Inspector certification is preferred. The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
