Veterinary Team Lead

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality care and service to pets and clients.
About the Role:
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client and pet experiences through effective communication and customer service skills.
- Supervise and lead a team of veterinary professionals to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Banfield's dress and grooming guidelines.
- Assist in effectively scheduling associates to meet client needs, while proactively planning time off and CE scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all practice policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work weekend and evening shifts.
- Comfortable working in an environment with loud noise and strong smells.
