Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT PRODUCTION IN DRIVING QUALITY ACTIVITIES WITHIN ISO 9001 AND TS 16949 STANDARDS
  • WORK IN CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS INCLUDING ENGINEERING, MANUFACTURING, AND CUSTOMER TEAMS
  • INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES ENSURING PRODUCT/PROCESSES MEET EXPECTATIONS
  • LEAD CUSTOMER ZERO MILE COMPLAINT PROCESS ENSURING EFFECTIVE ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS AND PERMANENT CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
  • MANAGE SORT ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
Requirements and Qualifications
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS AND INVESTIGATING QUALITY ISSUES
  • FAMILIARITY WITH ISO 9001 OR IATF16949 STANDARDS
  • KNOWLEDGE OF CORE TOOLS (SPC, APQP, FMEA, MSA, CONTROL PLANS)
  • ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF STATISTICAL SOFTWARE SUCH AS MINITAB OR INFINITY
  • DEGREE IN ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELD

  • EXPOSURE TO ADVANCED PRODUCT QUALITY PLANNING (APQP) AND PRODUCTION PRODUCT APPROVAL PROCESS (PPAP)
  • KNOWLEDGE OF MANUFACTURING PROCESSES AND ASSEMBLY PLANT PROCEDURES
  • PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS (OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $93,600 and $104,000, based on an hourly rate of $45.00 to $50.00 per hour.
