Job Description

This position is responsible for overseeing all quality control activities at our Butler PA location, ensuring compliance with Dupill Group's Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will supervise a team of quality inspectors, conduct regular audits and inspections, and identify and implement process improvements to achieve exceptional quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors to ensure compliance with QMS policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality-related documentation, including training records, audit reports, and corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of quality-related activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including AWS and ASME codes.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to quality inspectors to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or inspection role, preferably in the welding industry.
  • AWS Certified Weld Inspector certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
