Senior Welding Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Welding Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Dupill Group in Butler, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety by supervising and providing leadership to our Quality Control Inspectors, overseeing daily quality activities, and maintaining facility and corporate metrics and objectives.
You will also be responsible for completing incoming, in-process, and final inspections, documenting and segregating non-conforming material and workmanship, and recording Non-Conformances, Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions into our Quality Database. To succeed in this role, you must have 5 years of welding experience, or equivalent training in fabrication of steel products, and 5 years of QC Inspector experience (or equivalent). AWS Certified Weld Inspector certification is preferred.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, Simple IRA with company match, and paid time off.
