  5. Securing relevant actual data for comprehensive analysis of financial performance.
  6. Delivering insightful analytics that compare actual results with forecasts and historical data.
  7. Preparing and analyzing reports on production, purchases, and inventory movements to assess performance against targets.
  8. Monitoring expenses and revenues against budgets and reforecasts, analyzing any variances.
  9. Ensuring the monthly reporting package is accurate and provides valuable insights.
  10. Overseeing the validation of all financial reports distributed to different business units.
  11. Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials and various reporting packages.
  12. Conducting monthly reviews with business units to ensure accountability for financial performance.
  13. Supporting ad hoc reporting and analysis as required by senior management.
  14. Promoting continuous improvement in planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  15. Organizing and maintaining all templates, schedules, and reports for team accessibility.
  16. Sharing knowledge and expertise with fellow FP&A team members.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in various areas of Finance and Accounting.
