Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders across the organization to develop financial strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze budget variances on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, identifying key drivers and providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, and forecasting, preferably within the medical industry.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to develop complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Proficient in FP&A, ad hoc analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and multi-task.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial software and database systems.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with a deep understanding of financial trends and strategies within the medical industry.
