About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Tax & Financial Group. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our financial advisors and clients, ensuring seamless business processing and exceptional client service.

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including interacting with financial advisors and clients, processing new business, securing forms, and pulling client reports and statements. You will also assist with account changes and maintenance, research technical questions, and prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations.

Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the investments/financial services industry. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and possess strong writing, speaking, communication, and phone skills. A college degree or equivalent experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with financial advisors and clients to process new business, secure forms, and pull client reports and statements
  • Assist with account changes and maintenance, and research technical questions
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials within compliance guidelines
  • Conduct research and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • Manage and maintain advisor's appointment schedule
  • Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels and coordinate project-based work
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the investments/financial services industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong writing, speaking, communication, and phone skills
  • College degree or equivalent experience
