Key Responsibilities- Client Support
- Assist with client meeting preparation, report generation, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance, continuing education, and licensing requirements are met.
- Account Administration
- Create, balance, and trade client accounts efficiently.
- Prepare new account paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Office Administration
- Provide overall administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Licensing in the Securities Industry; Series 6, 65, 63, or 7.
- Licensing in the Life and Health Insurance Industry; Life and Health.
- Any additional financial designations (e.g., CFP, CLU/ChFC) are a plus.
