Job Title: Property Management Support Specialist

Landsman Development Corp, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Management Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing support of all aspects of property management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist onsite teams with financial and administrative operations, site marketing, leasing, move-ins, resident retention, and compliance.
  • Travel to all residential properties as needed to support onsite teams and work closely with Community and District Property Managers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be Certified Occupancy Specialist (affordable sites).
  • Knowledge of LIHTC (affordable sites).
  • NYS Notary License must be obtained within six months of hire.
  • Must obtain CMH (Affordable) or ARM (Market) within one year of hire.
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, organization, time management, conflict resolution, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate the Internet.
  • Knowledge of property management software.
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule including overtime.
  • Willingness to travel to all sites as needed.
