Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure they meet health and safety standards
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Communicate daily with the property manager to prioritize tasks and address any concerns

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in multi-family maintenance
  • Proven track record of maintaining high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC certification a plus
