Job Summary

Kerenza Appliance Repair is a rapidly expanding company dedicated to setting the standard for professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service in the appliance repair industry. We are an Authorized Service Center for numerous reputable brands, including Lacanche, Bertazzoni, U-Line, Liebherr, LG, and Fisher & Paykel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Offer knowledgeable, courteous, and professional assistance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Accurate Diagnosis and Repair: Accurately diagnose and repair major brands of kitchen and laundry appliances in customers' homes, utilizing schematics and diagrams to inform your work.
  • Research and Procurement: Research and specify parts needed for repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions for customers.
  • Estimation and Payment: Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed.
  • Efficient Operations: Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain company vehicles and equipment in good working order.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Possess a strong understanding of mechanical principles and their application in appliance repair.
  • Education and Certification: High school graduate or equivalent, with a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance, as well as perform strenuous work under varied circumstances.
  • Background and Drug Test: Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
