Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at East West Family Of Companies. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and leading a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management
    • Develop and implement effective front desk procedures to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
    • Manage front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure that all front desk operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Membership Management
    • Execute the member onboarding process, including conducting property tours and uploading new contracts.
    • Manage member relationships through one-on-one interactions, networking events, and participation in programming events.
    • Conduct monthly bulk billing for memberships and contact unpaid accounts.
  • Supervisory
    • Interview, hire, train, and supervise front desk staff.
    • Perform Manager on Duty tasks for the Spa and Club, including maintaining a presence on the fitness floor and addressing staff and guest concerns.
    • Recognize problems and inefficiencies, develop solutions, and take ownership of their implementation.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Two or more years of experience in guest service or management.
  • Skills
    • Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Effective problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to guest service.
    • Well-organized and excellent time-management skills.
