Job Title: Guest Services Agent

Are you a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork? We're seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our team at the renowned Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, managed by East West Hospitality.

Job Summary:

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for managing the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests. You will also handle incoming and outgoing calls, addressing both internal and external inquiries. Identifying guest needs and assisting with their requests will be key to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, addressing both internal and external inquiries.
  • Identify guest needs and assist with their requests.
  • Dispatch Service Express Runners and other hotel staff via two-way radio.
  • Manage basic cash and credit transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting preferred.
