Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Manager to join our team in developing and commercializing our Electrophysiology portfolio. As a key contributor to our commercialization effort, you will provide guidance and support on product claims and messaging development activities, competitive analysis, and collaboration with global sales/marketing and clinical/product development teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans to position and rationalize our products in the market, identifying key issues, strategies, and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop integrated marketing business plans for assigned programs.
  • Partner with clinical affairs, product development, and regulatory teams to build meaningful messaging and data generation plans to market and differentiate our EP portfolio.
  • Presentation of clinical marketing plans to internal management.
  • Development of infrastructure and operating procedures for capture and tracking of messaging, evidence generation, and claims development.
  • Support market development activities through establishment of best practices and development of tools to raise awareness of our products' benefits.
  • Build strong relationships with global teams to ensure successful launch of new sites/new products (tools/SW) and collaborate to ensure launch of new sales enablement tools.
  • Collection and sharing of limited market release survey data with management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-7+ years' experience working in healthcare, medical devices, or technology-based products.
  • Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally.
