Your Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and motivate your team while sharing your knowledge of financial products and services.
• Provide outstanding service to our members, ensuring their needs are met with personalized solutions.
• Act as a representative of our brand, embodying positivity and enthusiasm in every interaction.
• Oversee staff scheduling and task assignments, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Mentor and guide your colleagues, setting a standard for branch success through excellent interpersonal skills.
• Engage with customers to assess their financial needs and recommend suitable products.
• Analyze customer feedback to propose enhancements to our offerings and improve service delivery.
• Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and team performance.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to support branch operations and assist with various tasks as needed.
• Manage transaction reporting and prepare necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Assist in promotional activities to highlight our services and engage with the community.

Qualifications:

• Education: An associate's degree or equivalent leadership experience in a financial institution is required.
• Experience: Comprehensive understanding of lending processes and financial products is essential.
• Interpersonal Skills: A passion for customer interaction and the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
• Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues creatively.
• Coaching: Proven experience in mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities.
